By accessing stargazingtime.com (the "Service") you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of the Service

StargazingTime is an informational tool that estimates how good tonight's sky is for stargazing at your location, based on weather forecasts and astronomical data from public sources. The score is a best-effort recommendation, not a guarantee.

3. Accuracy and liability

Weather and astronomical data are sourced from third parties (Open-Meteo, NOAA, SunCalc). We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any data.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or inconvenience resulting from reliance on the Service.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Scrape, mirror, or republish bulk data without written permission.
• Probe, attack, or otherwise interfere with the Service's infrastructure.
• Use the Service to violate any law or third-party right.

5. Account and subscriptions

The Service does not currently require an account. The email subscription feature, when used, is subject to our Privacy Policy. You may unsubscribe at any time.

6. Intellectual property

The website design, code, and original copy are © 2026 StargazingTime, all rights reserved. Underlying weather and astronomy data are owned by their respective providers.

7. Third-party services

We embed third-party services (Google AdSense, Google Analytics, Open-Meteo, Supabase). Their use is governed by their own terms.

8. Changes

We may revise these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance.
